The only thing I have to go on are the measurements you have for those jeans and the waist is 32" - divided by two is 16" flat across which would be the size 32 of these jeans. But that doesn't seem right for your size.. and these jeans run pretty true! I'm a 28-29 in most other brand jeans and the 29 are perfect in these for me. If you'd like more detailed measurements of a size of these to determine your fit better, please let me know
