violets_closet @casey_mcsherry hi. I don’t have broken shoes. Everything I have I made brand new never worn. I have hundreds of jelly shoes and sell hundreds weekly. Sometimes packages get switched up, it happens when you sell many quantities of items weekly. I will double check and let you know

casey_mcsherry @violets_closet I received broken shoes in April when I ordered, I sent the photos to Poshmark. The buckle was barely attached. Idk why you would assume to send a completely different style of shoe if you were out of stock anyway, without even asking. But I couldn’t get a partial refund so I just got rid of them. And took the L. But if you do actually have size 10 I’ll roll the dice again

violets_closet @casey_mcsherry if the shoe was actually broken poshmark would have refunded you. Not sure what happened to your order but I don’t send out broken shoes.

casey_mcsherry @violets_closet I just posted the photos of the broken shoes I received from you to my page. Most recent post. Poshmark said I had to return the whole entire order, I couldn’t get a partial refund, but I had already tried on the other shoes barefoot and I wasn’t sure if I repurchased them from you that I would get them.

casey_mcsherry @violets_closet Again—if you were out of stock, why would you send out a different style without asking the buyer? That’s bad practice, even if the the pair you sent wasn’t broken. Why would you have size 10 listed as available if you don’t know if you have them? It’s $25 so I’m not flaming mad but I just neeed to know if you actually do have the style in my size this time before a purchase

violets_closet @ecioe98 it’s a summer open toe sandal. If your in between sizes (let’s say a 6.5, get a 7) but you can’t really go wrong. It’s ok if it’s a little small even if you get a 6, they are open toe.
