@sherim sorry it took me a little bit to get back to you. I have the measurements up just because the are more exact. I were were to translate the measurements to a size, it would be approximates. I would say that the small would be 0-2, Med 4-6, Large 8-10. I base that on my sister wearing the small, she can be a 0,2,or4. It is absolutely gorgeous though. The quality is amazing.
