I see the waist circumference is a 27, but the size is a 0. Do you think this fits a 24/25 waist or a 26/27?

@robynrhoward hi, these for a 24-25 in my opinion. Maybe a 26 if the waist is small. The measurements didn't seem right so I re-measured and they are actually about 25.75" around at the waist
