amandalongcor They are new without tags. Never worn. I bought them because I have the same problem. I'm usually a size 0-00. But this shorts ran small. They are high rise shorts and very cute!! I would keep them if they fit:( they run small.

amandalongcor @cherrymi8 I would lower but I can't go lower than 18 because of shipping and fees I barely get anything for them as it is. I just spent $50 for them. And don't have a receipt.
