iroze8@kimberlyrenees what is confusing about the measurements? They are in inches of the outer sole. I would say if you are under size 8.5 you can order true to size.

iroze8@susanlavon I think so but I would also advise measuring your foot and comparing with the measurements in the description. Size 8.5 is definitely where these start to run small.
