cfraioli @kitties05 hi they are cuffed, it's not sewn all the way around but they're tacked on both sides. I'm not great at measuring shorts inseams so I uploaded a picture, it's about 2.5 inches if I measured right. I also have another pair by this brand listed too, please let me know if you have any other questions!

cfraioli @kitties05 they're cotton, polyester, and a little spandex so there's some stretch to them but I considered them a snug fit if that makes sense.
