annnoe@cjackson3078 so COURTNEY. It is hard to measure. It is 23" from pit to pit for large but there is stretch. I am 34DD and in a small so I feel medium is 36" . And large can be 38" maybe 40" I bought some mittoshop tops and this runs one size bigger.. It is Emma's boutique brand. I will exchange too. 😘. It is 95%rayon 5%spandex .
