stephanieovch@janet10 I can't measure the inside sole because it's not removable. I measured the outside bottom of the boot and it's about 11 inches that's including the heel and everything. I don't think that helps, but I always wear a size 9 and there is little wiggle room so I would say they are true to size 9.5, hope that helps!
