unityblend @sydalicious I forgot to mention that there is a lot of stretch since these are leggings. The measurements for waist are unstretched laying flat.

sydalicious Thank you! I think a medium, especially if they are really stretchy overall. My only concern is the 26" inseam. Some of my own have anywhere from a 25", a 30" inseam. It seams to depend on the varying degrees of stretch each one has as to wether the end up to be long enough. So, really hard to tell. These have a somewhat high waist right? & are not see thru when stretched? Can I exchange for a large if they dont work?

sydalicious Im just over 5'8". Sz 26 (3-5) in jeans & pants with at least a 32-33" inseam in non stretchy pants & jeans ... but all my stretchy jeans & leggings have smaller "unstretched" measurements

unityblend @sydalicious that helps! I would actually suggest the L then. There is stretch but not like a pair of knit leggings and with the inseam I think it might work better. I'll still let u exchange if they don't work out!
