Jan 15Reply

cdhallums@ellensgift I have tried for about an hour to turn this watch on and it doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t even come on. It tells me to press/hold the button for a long time but it doesn’t even turn on...nothing shows up on the screen.

Jan 19Reply

ellensgift@cdhallums hello, have to charge the watch up. If you didn’t please charge it up for an hour. Thank you.

Jan 19Reply

cdhallums@ellensgift Honestly the Watch has been charging for more than 2 1/2 hours and still nothing. It’s not even showing on the phone that it’s charging. Am I doing something wrong?

Jan 19Reply

ellensgift@cdhallums it’s should turned on for you after 2 1/2 hour of charge. I’ll send you another one out on Monday and I’ll check it first before I’ll send it out to you . Sorry for the inconvenience

Jan 20Reply

cdhallums@ellensgift It’s okay...I thought that I was doing something wrong but I waited for a long time just to be sure.
