velvetspell@h_renee3 😆 I thought that might be confusing lol. The waist is elastic so it stretches. For example, size small waist is 12" when laying flat and stretches to about 16". I hope this helps! 💕

velvetspell@smbjork All sizes are meant to be a skinny fit. The fabric is stretchy - similar to "jeggings". The leg room will be slightly larger as the sizes go up to accommodate larger sizes.

velvetspell@mlyoungblood That's a tough one! So, unstretched these are 28" around and stretch to about 36". Do you happen to know waist measurements of your favorite skinny jeans? That would help determine if these would fit. I think they'd def be a little snug. Are you closer to a 12/14 or 14/16?

velvetspell@ag2773 Yes the waistband 16” fully stretched. I wouldn’t say the small is equal to a size 31. While the waistband can stretch that far, the rest of the pants do not stretch as much. I would recommend getting 1 size up. If you are typically a XS or size 2-4 it would be safe to get the small. Hope this helps!
