cinnamonnsugar@ryannlee21 Out of the 4 I've sold so far, one customer said they run a bit small and that was the 3X so I included the measurements in my description just in case for the others. The vendor stated 3X should fit sizes 21-23 but for that customer it unfortunately didn't work.
