NWT Torrid fringe cardigan. Fringe is made to look like a vest. Arms have no fringe on them. It's called "fringe" on their website but it's more like soft long fuzz hair. Super cute for the holidays!! Never worn. Just wasn't my style. Torrid size 2 (18/20). This hits at hip. It's not to long and does not button or zipper up.

tshady071@deranged_pisces we do not smoke cigarettes but my husband does smoke a pipe from time to time in the basement. Completely different floor then where my clothes are stored. I do not smoke at all. I do not smell it on clothes. I would possibly be open to an offer, although I have dropped the price already. You can always send it and see. 😃
