Howard Wolf Inc. closed in 1999 due to competition from cheaper imports. 🎟They just don't make 'em like they used to! Size s/m twirly dress. High quality material featuring pin-tucked bodice and med weight lined skirt. Measurements flat: waist 14", bust 17", bodice 10" high, dress length down side seam 33",or from top of straps 40"
