persuasions@melscrazycloset there's no belt. You must be referring to the elasticized waistline. It has a design on it. However unless you're wearing a tucked in top or a high cut top it's covered by 99% of tops most women wear. I wear mine different ways. Sometimes I have a cami tucked in (like on our model) w/a cardigan or leather jacket. Then other times I wear slouchy sweaters or t-shirts which cover the waistline.

Our model Nicole is modeling the size small and is an average size small/4 for reference. The band is elasticized thus making these pretty accommodating as well.
