@amymarcia I completely understand your problem. I have the opposite, 5'0 but larger thighs lol. I measured for you though, laying flat, relaxed and unstretched the waist measures 13 1/2" and the thighs 7 1/2". The material is fantastic and stretchy if need be ๐ Let me know if I can help you further!
