mamacatz @anchoredfashion is the lace sewn down in all places? Or does it appear as more of a sewn on vest? With edges or other pieces bending? Weird question I know. I like it want it to look part of the shirt.

anchoredfashion @mamacatz The lace is sewn on, but it does have a little bit of a frilly edge, maybe a quarter of an inch of the edge is not sewn down. It looks like little flowers up close, or just a scalloped edge at a glance.
