Black cotton top, large slimming elastic waist band, beautiful grey layers angled at each hip. Very flattering cocktail dress. Shoulder straps cross at the back, and the is a full zipper closure up the back. Small snags on rear, can be cut off(pic 3) price reflects. Length from bottom of waistband to hem is 16 inches. From top of shoulder strap to top of waist is 15 inches and the wisest part of the hip is 17inches. 67% polyester 28% rayon 5% spandex. Perfect for New Years Eve or Holiday Party
