Beautiful, elegant prom dress

Size 2 elegant gown. Has never been worn and still has tags on it. It has been in the dress bag ever since i bought it. Bust area could not be altered and couldnt return the dress. And this caused the dress to not be worn since its to big on me. This dress is great for balls or prom. The fit is slimming and comfortable and it also has a small train.
