nikkiredDoes this coat button or zip? Is this considered heavy ?
Nov 01Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@nikkired : Hi love.it;s lapel front, so it doesn't have buttons/zipper. it comes with a belt that you can use to tie it up to close. also, yes it is considered heavy.

slocklear
slocklearNevermind. Lol. Tommorrow! Haha
Nov 01Reply

Nov 01Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear : i only have 1 small left love. i only ordered a few f these to try but if I get more order requests, I will restock next week. I will try to upload the jeans as early as possible tomorrow, so you can check out with your items and secure yourself a small on this. =)
Nov 01Reply
slocklear
slocklear@missbella_us I had go have it! So I got it with the light jeans. Lol :) Next time, for future purchases, how do I utilize the 5 dollar credit?
Nov 01Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear : LOL. I can see that, love. You probably freaked out when I said this is the last small and you just checked out right away. =D Anyway, these light blue jeans are the same with the one you've purchased last time, so I'm definitely sure you'll love them too! I can hold items for you next time since all your purchases went smoothly. I can just deduct the $5.00 on your next bundle.
Nov 01Reply
slocklear
slocklearSounds great! Thank you. Did I earn any extra with this purchase? Love love this jacket. Love all your items!
Nov 01Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear : let me check, love. I have not finalize the rewards system but I might change it because I'm actually going to lose money on the current system. haha! I don't mind giving back but I have to adjust where the cash back and gifts starts. You'll definitely get a cash back or surprise top on this order. that's for sure, love. =)

slocklear
slocklearGood morning! Very nice of you. Thank you!
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear @kellyk0830 : ladies don't kill me. 😫😱 There was a mixed up on my order and when I opened my box last night, I got the other wool coat. See 3rd and 4th photo. I didn't inform you last night because I tried to fix it but spent the whole morning with the supplier trying to find the original item and unfortunately, they shipped out all of this style yesterday too. They will restock but there's no tentative date yet.
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@kellyk0830 @slocklear : I have the original item in black if you want. Or the ones I have but this is in sand color. Item is more expensive and higher quality but since you've both paid for it already, I'll keep the price as it is. I'm really, really sorry. 😰 I want to make it up to you too by giving you $5.00 credit towards next order if that's ok.
Nov 02Reply
slocklear
slocklear@missbella_us awww man. It happens. I really like that original one. I'd prefer the tan than the black. I'd still like the jeans though. Is okay? How do we do that? Cancel the order?
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear : I'm sorry about that. I didn't realize it until I was about to pack your items last night and realized it was in a lighter shade. I can go ahead and cancel this order and you can place a new one for the jeans alone. or you can wait love since I am uploading more jeans tonight. also, I'll make the bundle for you, so I can adjust the price. that way your credit will be applied.
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@kellyk0830 L the black would be the exact same style as the original item. I will download the photos in a bit, so you can see it. sorry for the inconvenience.
Nov 02Reply

slocklear
slocklearNo worries. Will still buy from you on the regular:)
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@kellyk0830 : I know, the tan was a very pretty color. Once I get a date on when they'll restock, i'll let you know right away. do you still want both cardis in oatmeal and silver?
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@kellyk0830 : ok love. no problem. I'll go ahead and cancel your bundle, then keep the order you just placed this morning and ship out oatmeal instead of silver. Does that sound good to you?
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@slocklear @kellyk0830 : update ladies. The supplier won't restock the tan anymore. They only have burgundy color left. See 3rd photo. Can I interest you in that color instead? If not, I'll go ahead and skip purchasing this color and cancel your orders.
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@kellyk0830 : alright no problem, love. Yes, I do have but I already returned the item since I thought you're not interested in black. Sorry. I'll go ahead and cancel your order for the bundle now.
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@jsallyyy : hi love! Made some changes on this item. It's actually sand color w/o belt. I have a small available and thought you might be interested.

jsallyyyAw thanks for letting me know! I think I like the other style better but this ones still cute 💗 I'll think on it :)
Nov 02Reply
missbella_us
missbella_us@jsallyyy : sure love. No problem. This item is actually more expensive than the original one I've posted since it is made of higher quality but because of the mixed up and my card was already charged, i'm still able to sell it the same price. 😆✌️️
Nov 03Reply
