gabbygoumas@victoriyaaa so I sold a prom dress to this girl and she had already purchased it, but my bank account wasn't logged into the app yet. And I told her I couldn't sell it to her because my mom didn't want me marking down the price as low as it was, and so she canceled the order and wants her money back but I don't even know how I'm supposed to send it back over to her. I emailed Poshmark but they take forever :(

victoriyaaa@gabbygoumas it will automatically give her her money back, the funds don't get released to you until the item gets delivered to the buyer so since the money never got to you, you don't have to do anything :) if someone's telling you to send them money they could be trying to scam, so be careful of that. The Poshmark app will handle everything for you
