Blue Jolene Prom Dress NOT Sherri Hill!

Prettiest prom dress I had ever seen. The blue looks AMAZING in person! (Pictures don't do justice) it's a size 4. I'm 5'4 and wore 4 inch heels with it. A piece was added in the front because it was too low cut for me but it can be removed if you wish for it to be :) only worn once and in PERFECT condition.
