They do not care! I will try to fix, but if they break trying to straighten I will send back. Shirley

velvetleash@hendon I'm sorry to hear that they got damaged during shipping. I did packaged them safely but as you stated your postal services are exceptionally hard on things. I've never had a shipment get damaged how I packaged things (two layers of bubble wrap surrounded by tape all over and inside a padded bubble mailers) but posh does cover this under their buyer and seller protection.

hendonI straightened the post, but it got they got roughed up when the post office smashes the envelope. I will have to cut the tip off the post. When you ship to others put in a box if you are going to use these envelopes. They don't protect nothing. Shirley
