Cute black sheer blouse with 4 buttons one visible. Lots of black flowers(with a silver sheen to the tips here and there)attached to chest with clear fishing line looking thread which gives off a silvery affect along with the flowers. It has a rough cut hem and hemmed off sleeve cuffs (pic 2)with small pleated shoulders and a pleat at bottom of buttons(pic 3) Note: seam tag has been cut off with laundering and fabric content, but is stretchy measures 15.5" across chest laying flat and 26" long.
