Black Velvet Dress with Sheer Shoulder Sleeves

Black velvet LBD with sheer draped chiffon shoulder sleeves. I might have worn it twice, so perfect condition. The tag says 7/8 (that's a junior's size), but here are the measurements: bust is 15" but it has darts, waist is 13", hips 16", length from the back is 27”. From shoulder is 31”. Great holiday dress!
