NWOT Cobalt Blue & Black Stripped Miniskirt

Striking cobalt blue and black combo. 3% spandex so plenty of stretch plus elastic band at waist. New without tags, never worn (too big for me in the waist) Measurements are below. I hemmed this, so the hem could be let out for it to be longer. Please see pictures . Waist 13 1/2 inches, length 18 inches.
