charlipalumbo@caseyscouture I am modeling the 28. I would of gone with 27 but the legs were just a tad tight. So the 28 is a little loose around my waist but fits me perfect in the legs/thighs. The waist for 28 measures 15 1/2 laying flat!

If you have larger thighs, I reccomend going 1 to 2 sizes up than your normal size! What size does she normally wear in jeans and does she know her waist measurement?
