rustylark@shlynm this is raw copper, so yes it does. There is a free polishing pad included. That keeps it clean and bright.

rustylark@shlynm by the way, I have found the raw copper does help the arthritis in my hands. If you prefer to have it coated so that doesn't happen, just let me know at the time you order it. There is no extra charge for the coating.

rustylark@shlynm Hi there! I use a brush on acrylic that is shiny so it gleams. The coating eventually wears off so you can coat it yourself with clear nail polish. I include a free polishing pad so if the coating chips you can take the rest off with that. However, I really like the raw copper to reduce inflammation. The green just washes off with soap and water. 🌸

rustylark@shlynm Hi there - probably. I haven't tried it yet, but it would be fun to give it a go. I have done stamps and etching. Engraving is a little different but I have been working with my new engraver.
