justineegbert@ae_dailey yes to straps. They are a hook/eye attachment so they can be removed or adjusted. I actually just have then sitting on my shoulders in the photo. They could definitely be tightened or removed and worn strapless. I wore as a strapless in the wedding. Coverage is pretty good! It the straps were tighter it may even cover more! And YES build in padding so no need for a bra!!!
