leahbyerly87@kylemcolucci Hi! Honestly, I've only owned one pair of jeggings and I don't really remember the material all too well. But the material for these pants are 70% rayon, 25% nylon and 5% spandex, if that helps. They're a nice material. There is a functional zipper. The pockets in front are not actual pockets (just for looks) but the back pockets are actual pockets. Let me know if I can answer anymore questions!

But the medium measures 13 1/2" laying flat measuring straight across if that helps and could possibly fit you? I'm so sorry!!
