Emily Hsu brilliance leggings. Great quality, I usually buy Victoria's Secret workout pants and if say these feel similar when I tried them on. They are high waisted and can be folded down and also the inseam is long enough to put over heels or scrunch up at ankles. They sparkle beautifully. Great buy!
