mikmaven I no you said not good for girls with hips so are you thinking it wouldn't fit someone that's a size 4 but a 27" waist and 39" hip?

divas_shop @craftybeermaven , it might bunch up. The waist is stretchy too. You might add a rubber band at the waist. Or, maybe, you'"ll like the fit.
