I ordered a Christmas present from Kim B. She never shipped it and never responded to me when I inquired about her timeline. She didn’t have the decency to get back to me or Posh support. Crickets. So, I was left hanging without a timely Christmas gift. Even though Kim B. refused to respond, Support would not allow me to cancel my order until today (12/25)
