I'd suggest you unfollow this person and absolutely DO NOT sell or buy from her!!! I sold her a pair of brand new UGG's and she opened a case stating they didn't match the description, made a bunch of false accusations that they were used, smelled of smoke, etc. so posh approved her return at first and she sent me back a pair of dirty old dollar store boots!!! Posh ended up cancelling the order and siding with me, thank goodness. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!

But unfortunately, there are a lot more people that do the same thing as her. I just wish when it did happen they would disable the person from using the app to prevent them scamming again! 😣

clarabella92And I mailed something out for my aunt who's disabled. The box was taped up and weighed almost 2lb. Well, the item was $50 and the lady said she received an empty box. Me, my husband and my uncle all told her to never sell to that lady again. There's no way she didn't get the cardigan. She just wanted something for free. Come to find out, she's done it to others. And Posh still lets her have an acc 🤦

ciaooxoxbby@clarabella92 record yourself packing the items up and dropping them off, also show the condition of the item. That way there will be 100% proof on your end and they will have to side with you if something like that happens again.

ciaooxoxbby@clarabella92 Bc unfortunately the whole sending an empty box back has been going on FOREVER, and before they did verification on expensive stuff, girls were getting jacked on high-end items. I've heard stories how ppl would return knockoffs. So it's always best to have proof & keep receipts if you ship out something expensive!!

clarabella92@ciaooxoxbby I purchased from someone on Posh. She promises that she mailed my package on Monday. Well, here's Friday and it's not tracking or pending a scan. I asked for a tracking number and she said she doesn't have one. I am not dumb, but she would like me to be I suppose. So, what can I do? Do I have to wait until the 8th day to cancel even though she's being deceiving? Thanks!

ciaooxoxbby@clarabella92 unfortunately I think they will make you wait to cancel. But it sounds to me like she hasn't shipped it yet, or at least she hasnt marked it as shipped bc if she did it would say pending scan! Also, you can remind her she can easily find your tracking number in the email that contained the label. It's so annoying when ppl try and lie about that crap!

ciaooxoxbby@clarabella92 if she claims it was shipped on Monday, you would have it bc posh labels are 2day and usually never take longer than 4 days max if something got delayed. You might want to contact posh and just let them know, they may allow you to cancel early!
