stylechasers@mitch51 Hi Michelle. Size L should be perfect for your bust size. It should leave some wiggle room. M would likely be too snug. The bust on L is 40". M is 38". If you have a tape measure, you can measure around your widest part with bra on and compare with these measurements. I will ship first thing tomorrow morning. For best fit, I would suggest to measure around the widest part of your bust with your bra on, and around your hips. Based on your bra size, I would think that L would be too tight. A tape measure around the largest part of your chest with your bra on is the best way to measure, as bras typically have more than one clasp to select from. I do believe you will be happiest with XL.
