@angelaenigro no, it's not fitted at the top, but it is ribbed. The measurement was 17.5" for medium

@smccain2 okay I'm usually 20" across but I'm also tiny chested so I can't size up too much. Plus my arms are thin so then the arms always look baggy haha do you suggest sizing up to large?
