PURPOSE OF THIS POST IS TO PROTECT OTHERS. We've been texting back and forth thinking that she is sincere and classy lady to deal with. All her items that got sold she has canceled coming up with all the excuses that it's been sold somewhere else. She tried to trade also with someone and luckily the girl she traded was smart enough to notice. Fortunately we went through holidays and my parcel was not shipped from my local post until last night. I was able to intercept it after getting shirts

cjdunnhsf @egehrig when trading there's really zero protection from posh. You just have to be cautious in doing so. But when purchasing, it's ok as long as it is over 500.00 because that will go straight to posh for checking. As for below 500, it will get shipped to you. Just document and take photos while opening the parcel.

Someone else tracked the address and said that four people were registered to that address. She has to live there seeing as the address you posted is the same one I used. Opening an empty box was sickening. Denial, confusion, anger, dread all just flashes in a second. I'm glad a few of you managed to intercept the package.

The police went to the persons house! I believe it started with filing with local police. It's is a felony and she can go to jail. Your items are worth thousands. vbskull @fitgirl13 Hi. I was scammed too. She delayed the shipping of the bag a day and a half to ensure my bag got there first. I knew something was up when it didn't say shipped like she told me. I had to ask her for the tracking info and it finally "updated". She literally sent me an empty box. I will never trade again. Expensive lesson I guess.

vbskull Ladies!!! Please get with your local police department if you have been scammed by this person. Because the amount is so high and it spans many states, the FBI will take over in California. My case is New Mexico and the other person I talked to is Pennsylvania. The FBI is the lead federal agency for investigating cyber attacks by criminals, overseas adversaries, and terrorists. They are a national security organization that works closely with many partners around the country and across the globe to address the most serious security threats facing the nation. I'm a bit skeptical you managed to get their involvement in this.

Please handle your case independently with your local law enforcement like @fitgirl13 has, because having more people involved causes confusion and can lead to false accusations/statements being made. @cjdunnhsf intercepted her package so she doesn't have anything to report.

vbskull @bettymaaa The officer took my statement and then talked to a detective that will be taking the case and he said that it would be turned over to the FBI in California where she lives because it spanned multiple states and the amount she scammed is well over felony level. I just wanted to share what I was told and help out anyone else that had also been scammed. All the communications I had with her is being put into the file in the case against her.

I also put that they had to go through their local police first. @fitgirl13 said I could include her name in my report and that allows the cases to be linked.

fitgirl13 @vbskull I think the best route would be to speak with the local police. They are obviously going to be in touch with the Tracy PD. I'm certain that the Tracy PD will put two and two together once they see multiple reports originating from the same physical address on the labels. I agree with @bettymaaa that false accusations will just muddy the water. Each victim should stick to the specific facts of their case with their local police. Let the authorities do their investigation☺️
