Silence + Noise retro blue and black dress

Size: medium. Measurements: 33" shoulder to front hem. 36" shoulder to back hem. 20" across chest when flat. Polyester, semi-sheer. Great bright blue color. Can be styled with a belt. I wore this dress once for my birthday and now there are a ton of pictures of me in it... Needless to say, I can't wear it anymore 😖 no stains or defects. ($15 on Ⓜ️ercari)
