chenedarling @katerinad60610 Hi, Small measures: 12 inches wide, 7 1/4 inches long from the back strap. cup is 6 inches wide & 6 1/4 inches long. I'd say from an A cup-Small C cup. I hope this helps! Thank you!!

chenedarling @veetr Hi, I think the M or L would work for you. The cups sizes are the same, so go with the width 36 would be a M. Keep in mind these don't offer a lot of support like a regular ba. I hope this helps! Thank you!!😀
