jen_is_lost@lindsey_lewis Lindsey it does have an adjustable strap, the material is semi shear, you would want to wear a flesh colored bra or white. The length from the top of the strap down (strap is not fully let out about 2" left) top meaures 29". I'm adding a picture with my hand underneath so you can see
