Excellent condition. Dress is perfect for work with a blazer or cocktail parties. Pair with tights and boots or heels for fall & winter. Then take it into spring as a sleeveless shift! This is a great core piece. Machine wash. 100% polyester. Lining is silky and feels luxurious on. The only structural issue is the button loop at the top that is unraveling, but it can be easily sewn back!

amesmel @millsj811 This is true to a 10-12. I can measure in the morning for you to make it easier. The material has some stretch to it as well.

amesmel @millsj811, here are the measurements for you to help with sizing! From the middle of the neckline to the bottom of the dress, 31 inches. From armpit to armpit, 19.5 inches. Lower down across the hip area, 20.5 inches. Across the bottom hem, 22 inches. The bottom is very slightly curved for a flattering effect. Hope this helps!
