Floral Dress bought in England

This dress is so cute. The skirt part is 2 layers. Inside lining has a few snags, but isn't noticeable when worn. There are a couple places where the decorative seam has detached from the ruffles, but it's not very noticeable (see pic). B 17" elastic Waist 22" L 30" Hip 38". From waist to hem is 18".
