alexschultz@vvicked1nes Yes it is! The top would definitely fit a C cup, the bottoms are a medium but I found them to run slightly smaller. I assume they would stretch out a bit when they're worn. That's what has happened to a couple other VS bathing suits I own, let me know if you have any other questions!
