I love this in black....However, I would need this to measure at least 23" across the front chest area, when the garment is lying down flat. Does the medium measure this? Please let me know.

@threads4me - thanks for the interest! This is meant to fit very slouchy, so the medium actually measures 31" across the chest laying flat, and the small 30" across. The waist opening is the more limiting measurement on these tops, measuring 22" across on the medium and 20" across on the small.
