dsmima06I have to say it's rather disheartening. I made a rather large purchase with you the first time, hated that pink "trench". It could have swallowed 2 of me. But I didn't say anything. As a seller myself, when I get a returning customer I give them discounts higher than 10% and throw in freebies. I have one seller that sells me lipsticks, lipsticks! Not a lot of money but she is amazing.
