lisannpowell @aileendcny open a case with customs if you have proof she scammed you with counterfeit goods. This is against the law. It is also against the law to mail counterfeit goods promising they are legit. Open a case with the postal service as well. You have avenues. This happened to me on Poshmark. Hopefully you followed the rules though and didn’t communicate with this seller off the site.
