vsaba @tpdms3332 of course! Lying flat, the waist is 18", thigh is 10", leg opening (assuming you mean the bottom of the pant leg, but if youre referring to something else, please let me know!) Is 8". They have a little bit of "give" (stretch) to them. Hope this is helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions.
