Denim Fedora Wide Brim Hat with Black Band 1 1/2 contrast band, grosgrain band inside, the hat has crown 3 1/2 " in length and a one piece 4" brim. This hat is one size fits all and will fit 21" - 23" head size. All of Bella Starr hats are made and designed from my drafted original patterns. Caring for your hat: Machine wash gentle cold and hand dry. Fedora can be folded for travel and all you need to do is steam or press to look good as new.

bellastarrhats @friendlyflyer also the picture with the model was not retouched in natural light. Where my picture I quickly just took with my I phone if that helps.

friendlyflyer I still have no credit in my bank account that was used for the purchase.. said it could take up to one billing statement (4 weeks) Mistakes happen but on this site custom order isn't easy .. I've never had it take that long for a credit but posh is very slow in anything having to do with customer service

friendlyflyer I've waited over 2weeks for a decion to be made on a Lauren wool blazer I sold .. buyer said pocket insignia wasn't "gold"enough and posh still hadn't paid me.. when a buyer disputes takes forever .. the sad part of this buyers issue is I sold the exact jacket that I bought at the same time as the one in dispute just black not navy and got 5stars ..,

bellastarrhats @friendlyflyer I wish they offered a live person to call to fix these issues. I'm not very fond of just being able to message a person. I'm sorry to hear about you're dispute. If you have photos of the product you could dispute what the customer is saying. I'm joined on a poshmark facebook group thats very helpful for advice from other sellers.

friendlyflyer If I'd known it would take that long for credit I would have just waited it out .. So let's wait and see when and if it comes thorough and I will rebuy them now that you have them .. My scepticism is not you! It's everything else we deal with ! Not having an actual person at posh to talk to about how the credit is processed is just very frustrating ! I'll be in touch ..,

friendlyflyer Oh I have many photos of both of the blazers .. exact same color on the pocket insignia.. I wondered why an LA Gal would want a 100 % pure wool blazer but maybe she travels .. I think she thought it would be like the prep school shiny gold ones but Ralph is mire subtle .. anyway thanks for the info .. hopefully all issues will end soon lol!
