@darmyzplace Hmmm In my opinion it runs fairly true to size, so maybe go with your normal sizing in a dress blouse. Do you happen to have one you can use the measurements to compare that one to this? I of course want it to fit and for you to love it....so if you can compare measurements that's a sure safe way to go. @darmyzplace Medium bust is 20" I tried on the small to judge the arms and I feel they are more fitted, less relaxed. Wanted you to know bc I knew you were concerned out the arms & how they fit. I feel that if your on the fence, personally I'd go a size up because of the arms. I hope that helps 💞💞
